Reviews and Ratings
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean, with high-end design and amenities like a Nespresso machine, nice toiletries, and even a turn-down service that left water bottles for us each night. Although the view from the room wasn't the best, everything was so well laid out and planned that it didn't bother us at all. The service was top-notch, with lovely and kind staff always ready to help. The location was perfect, close to old Montreal and in the business district, making it super convenient to explore the city. Dining was a bit on the pricey side, but the warm dishes were worth it. I highly recommend it for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
The hotel rooms were extraordinarily expensive and small but clean with minimal wear. Unfortunately, I discovered trash in the bin. On the bright side, facing west, I had a lovely view overlooking the Cathedral Marie Reine du Monde.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were bright and clean, with a great shower and toiletries, but slightly small considering the price paid on the concierge entree gold level. The service was fantastic, especially the concierge staff who were incredibly helpful and pleasant, though the food left something to be desired. The location was great, centrally situated and within walking distance of many Montreal attractions, although being above the railway station may not appeal to everyone.
The hotel was quite pricey, with small rooms overlooking the air conditioning tower but delightful overall with all the facilities we could want. The service was warm and welcoming, although a bit defensive at times. The location was perfect, offering direct access to the subterranean city and meeting Fairmont standards. The dining experience was a bit expensive for the value. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with minor drawbacks.
I stayed at this hotel and enjoyed its central location, making it easy to explore Montreal. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, offering a beautiful view of McGill College. The service was exceptional, from the underground parking to the welcoming staff. The dining options were good, and the facilities were top-notch.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were well-appointed, with a fully stocked mini bar and nice amenities, but they could use some refurbishment. The intense water pressure in the shower was a plus, but the view overlooked an unattractive alleyway courtyard.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, tastefully renovated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Despite not receiving housekeeping on the last day, I really enjoyed the room overall. The AC did make a buzzing noise when the fan was off, which was a bit bothersome, but it didn't take away from my comfort.
